"Exceptional service with happy content staff"
With new management of this hotel, i found it to be constantly improving. I stayed with my two teenage sons in a one bedroom room. The weights and sauna room adjacent to the pool kept my boys entertained. With a lovely restaurant and bar , with either outside or inside dining was spacious and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to assist me with a late request for a bottle of milk which saved me a long walk to the nearest store, I found this to be the case with all inquires, a rare find these days. Also a huge monitored play room for young children with various toys etc.
We stayed at Surfers Paradise. A great place for all ages , large rides such as the slingshot and vomatron, were fantastic and well priced. The wax Museum great to visit , although 77 for two adults and one child, a bit steep. Lovely cafes and wave filled beaches. Close to theme parks. A well positioned hotel in a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel was a great place to stay at.
Everything was clean and tidy. All the facilities were kept in great condition. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
Lots of things to do; shops, beach, pubs and restaurants, arcades, many attractions

It is very nice place to stay
The room were very spacious with baloney and kitchenette and air conditioned and the hotel is nice with most facilities available and has its underground car park also not far from the beaches if you want to walk, I will definitly stay again if the price remains competitive
Every thing is available for dinning out leisure etc. At the surfers paradise.

hotel maintenance bad, breakfast fruits unhygienic
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 6 nights. The fan in one bedroom was missing it's regulator so we had to struggle to turn it on. Repeated requests to fix it went unheeded. No doubt the night before we left, maintenance walked in at 8:00 pm saying that the room was supposed to be empty & that they were told to fix the broken A/C!! Quite a regular mixup by reception as they had the room number wrong on our breakfast vouchers as well.
They also gave us the wrong brochure for the complimentary Sunset cruise at check in so that when we actually went for the cruise, we were told that there was no booking for us. The tour desk operator told us that we were at the wrong place/cruise & only a last second booking by the tour desk operator managed to get us onto this 'wrong' cruise. Breakfast fruits had insects sitting on it every morning as it was not covered.
Beds were too saggy & could feel the springs. Hotel checkout procedure does not work if you use the secure parking.
Beach at surfer's paradise really good with soft powdery sand and plenty of lifeguards till late. The place is generally clean and nice to walk around. Takeaway food is definitely of a inferior quality & preparation than actually dining in at the 'legends chinese restaurant'. Really surprised at the difference. The Indian food at 'bollywood at surfers' all tastes the same and they heat up frozen parathas for their rotis.
Very ordinary and overpriced. The arabian restaurant next to it has better food. For a first time visitor to Queensland, the exit numbers on the motorway confused us as they are not exactly sequential with a few numbers missing. The queenslanders probably know about it, but it does not help out of towners like us. A lot of the signals take too long to change resulting in traffic jams stretching 3-4 signals behind.
Same thing happens while walking as you can end up spending more time waiting at a signal crossing than acutally walking.

Fantastic for the family.
Was an excellent property to stay at. Would recommend to all to stay there with children.
Excellent location walking distance to the shops.
