Stayed here for 5 nights and I guess it was an average place to stay. Wasn't too impressed with paying for a 3. 5 star but being put on level 3. Had expected a beach fronted verandah. Also didn't realise there was a massive high-rise apartment infront of us. Not as big a place as it made out. Games room was very average - out in the carpark. Rooms were quite nice except they should really tell you about the per night charge for air-conditioning.
Used a fan that was full of dust & the other room had a fan that looked very wobbly. Staff were quite nice. All in all I'd say 4/10 rating.
Burleigh Heads - not that much to do. Went to the Surf Club for dinner one night (North Burleigh) and the food was quite nice. If you are looking for a good meal - head out to Coolangatta Surf Club - went there twice. Beautiful food! Gold Coast in general - lots to see and do!!
