The administration people were very helpful and friendly. Our family stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, fully contained. Everything the resort had to offer was wonderful. The maintainance of the surroundings was consistent throughout our 5 night stay, and great to see. Purchasing theme park tickets from reception was so convenient, as we were able to walk in through a pre-paid entrance, without the hassel of waiting in line.
Also, the resort offered a discount price, which saved a little on the pocket! Security was equally great. Offering a safe in which to store valuables, and own key for entering and leaving the property, at leisure. Most of all, the freedom of just enjoying the facilities, having enough privacy, making a fabulous family holiday! CHEERS TO YOU ALL AT PELICAN COVE BIGGERA WATERS. Biggera Waters is an excellent location. A walk away from the beachside, and shopping centre. Central to all the main attraction theme parks. Safe, well kept marina's for a spot of fishing, or a swim with the children. Great waterfront views of the vast high rise buildings, across the water. Central to all the main shopping locations ie; Surfers Paradise, Harbor Town & Runaway Bay. Most of all, the feeling of being "at home, on vacation!" Awesome Australia.
