Would stay again as in fantastic area

We felt that the Lodge really does need a facelift, although rustic and charming the gutters were in bad disrepair, the insect screen in our room was broken and useless and generally there were areas that required attention. The beds and pillows were extremely firm. The shower was old and discoloured. The cleanliness however and overall charm of the Lodge was excellent. Bedding was crisp and clean as were the towells (and plenty of them).

Food was also very good, loved the soup.

The Lamington National Park is a must to visit. The walks are excellent and the tracks are very well maintained. The scenery is breathtaking. It is definitely worth revisiting. We had a lovely weekend.
